Return and Refund Policy – Riddle Flux
At Riddle Flux, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
•Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: You may return the item within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, following the return process described below. For these cases, Riddle Flux will cover the return shipping costs.
•Other Reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size): You may return the item within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition. In these cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
•Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or personal care products) may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must:
•Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
•Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
•Show no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
3. How to Initiate a Return
•Your order number.
•Full name.
•Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective).
•Clear photo(s) or video(s), if the item is damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with detailed instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
•For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Riddle Flux will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label or instructions for shipping cost reimbursement.
•For Other Reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or reimburse shipping costs under these circumstances.
•Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to returns for reasons not related to defects or errors. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
•Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or product variant, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund has been confirmed.
